It’s okay.

I know you want to feel better. You want a little breathing room.

When you are in chaos (whether that is a huge mess around you or a huge mess in your head) it is hard to get started.

That’s  usually when you get a little mean to yourself.  You start telling yourself some harsh stories about how you ‘always’ this and ‘never’ that, and those stories start to seem real, they start to seem like reality.

Once you are in that zone, you really start to feel bad, your breath gets shallow, your head kind of hurts and your muscles feel all tight.

I don’t want that for you. I want you to feel good, I want you to be kind to yourself, I want you to have a lovely, encouraging story in your brain. You know, something to fall back on when the world is a bit much.

So how do you get started?

With three deep breaths. (That’s right.  The answer is right in my URL.)

Once you’ve taken at least three deep breaths you can start to feel a bit better. You can find a place where your head stops swimming, and your blood stops rushing, and your brain won’t feel so waterlogged.

I can help you get there.

In our coaching sessions, I’ll start by letting you complain so I can get the full picture.  Then I’ll give you a kindness script to help you treat yourself a little better.  After that, we’ll work out a plan to help you find stories that serve you and help you move toward the life you want to live, the way you want to feel.

Sign up for your Kindness, Encouragement, and Re-Story-fying Session and we’ll get started.

In the meantime, be kind to yourself. You’re worth it.
